Your tasks:
- Monitoring and Analyzing Marketing Activities: Tracking the results of marketing efforts and analyzing their effectiveness by evaluating data and key performance indicators; Managing and optimizing the company’s presence on social media platforms to ensure alignment with marketing goals; Preparing reports and presentations summarizing marketing activities; Creating and supervising online and offline advertising campaigns; Planning and organizing marketing events; Building and maintaining the company's image through various communication channels.
- Planning and implementing the company's marketing strategy: The Marketing Manager is responsible for creating detailed marketing plans that include market analysis, competition review, and consumer trend insights; These strategies should effectively differentiate the brand from competitors and capture the target audience's attention; Coordinating activities across various departments.
- Analyzing the Effectiveness of Marketing Campaigns: Continuously monitoring the performance of marketing campaigns across all channels, including social media; By analyzing data and key indicators, assessing the effectiveness of initiatives and adjusting strategies to achieve optimal results.
- Building brand identity: The Marketing Manager is tasked with establishing and reinforcing the brand's identity through consistent communication of the brand's values and message across all marketing campaigns; Creating a cohesive brand image aims to increase customer awareness and loyalty.
- Market and consumer trend research: Understanding customer needs and behaviors is crucial for effectively tailoring marketing strategies; The Marketing Manager must continuously research the market, analyze trends, and respond to changing customer preferences to maintain the company's competitiveness.
- Developing distribution and promotion channels: The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining effective distribution and promotion channels. They ensure the company is present wherever its customers are, utilizing both traditional and modern promotional channels.
- Monitoring competitors: Tracking competitors' activities is a key aspect of the Marketing Manager's role. This allows for a better understanding of the market, identifying gaps in the market offering, and using this information to adjust strategies and distinguish the brand from competitors.

What you’ll need:
- Experience and Industry Knowledge: Proven experience in SaaS content creation, particularly in a fintech or startup environment; Deep understanding of accounting processes and the SME business cycle; Strong ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment, navigating ambiguity and driving results.
- Strategic Thinking and Planning: Ability to develop and execute detailed marketing strategies based on market analysis, competitor insights, and consumer trends; Strong organizational skills to coordinate and manage multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective execution; Capacity to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot) to monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, including social media metrics; Ability to interpret data and key performance indicators, using insights to make data-driven decisions and optimize marketing efforts; Experience in creating detailed reports and actionable recommendations for future campaigns.

- Market and Trend Awareness: In-depth understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and industry trends; Ability to adapt strategies to respond to evolving customer needs and preferences; Competence in identifying and acting on emerging opportunities in the competitive landscape.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Marketo); Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads); Proficiency in managing engaging content and campaigns across various social media platforms.
- Brand Management Expertise: Strong understanding of brand building, including crafting and maintaining a consistent brand identity across all marketing activities; Experience in increasing brand awareness, fostering customer loyalty, and maintaining brand integrity across digital and traditional platforms.
- Competitor Analysis and Market Intelligence: Proficiency in tracking competitor activities and identifying opportunities to gain a competitive advantage. Experience in conducting analyses and applying findings to refine marketing strategies; Ability to use competitive insights to enhance brand differentiation and drive strategic decision-making.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Polish (C1/C2), as content will be produced in both languages.
