We are looking for a curious, social-savvy content creator with a range of content creation tools at their disposal, and a proven ability to execute unique digital assets across platforms. This role will report to the Associate Creative Director. 

Expectations 

  • Produce always-on paid or organic social content as determined by calendarized needs. 
  • Must have a visually elevated, forward-thinking, and channel-appropriate approach to beauty content creation. 
  • Ability to create and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Handy in a pinch, able to improvise on creative solutions.
  • Travel for event-specific opportunities (store openings, experiential, capturing BTS on set, etc).

Qualifications

  • 3 - 5 years experience creating digital content for IG, TikTok, YouTube.
  • A proven background in creating content for brand-led social initiatives.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in content capture — inclusive of static imagery (iPhone, DSLR), short-form video, gifs, or animation.  
  • A strong technical background using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Bridge, Adobe Premiere, Illustrator) Keynote, and other editing platforms such as CapCut, InShot, etc.
  • Expertise in social-first and platform-native video editing. 
  • Experience staging product photography and video, down to simple prop styling and lighting.
  • Has worked in beauty and has an understanding of evolving content trends. 
  • 3 month contract term to start

In accordance with the applicable law, the following represents a good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum compensation range for this position:

  • The estimated annual pay range for this role is $40.00 - $50.00 per hour 
  • There may be future opportunities for continued pay progression based on continued strong performance in the role
  • Compensation for the role will be determined based on permissible, non discriminatory factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
