You'll be joining dub as an early content creator, contributing to our biggest growth engine today. Whether for organic social media, paid ads, or professional shoots, you should be excited to innovate, create, and shoot finance-related photos and videos.

The best part? You'll be joining an insanely fast-growing consumer fintech product only a couple of weeks out from launch. We're in the earliest days of scaling up and with your help we can turbo-charge our efforts. 

Location: In person in our NYC Offices (FiDi)

Expected Experience: None - 5 Years. Also open to students looking for PT work.

Full-time/Part-time: Open to both a full-time or part-time contractor positions 

Pay: $15-$30 dollars per hour based on experience 

Role Growth: Path to full employment if you knock it out of the park!

Qualifications

  • Obsessed with creating viral content
  • Strong work ethic and hustle mindset - be excited about doing whatever it takes to succeed at the job
  • Passion for dub's mission and how we're making change at the intersection of culture and finance
  • Boundless energy and enthusiasm for producing quality content
  • Experience creating or designing artistic content, from 3D graphics to photography
  • Demonstrated passion for content creation from previous roles or school involvement
  • Strong ability to manage your own time and a dynamic startup environment
  • Scheduling and travel flexibility given varying requirements for different types of content
  • Ability to work well with existing marketing team (one other creator) or operate independently


Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, create, edit and manage compelling photo and video content optimized for dub's social media and marketing channels (TikTok, Instagram Reels, X, YT Shorts)
  • Personally appearing in all of our external content and running film content creation
  • Collaborate with marketing, design and compliance teams across the company to develop short and long-term marketing goals and an execution plan
  • Stay up-to-date on new social media tools, content techniques, and best practices
  • Monitor competitors to see how we can adapt techniques for dub
  • Work with our external partners (Marketing Agencies, influencers / creators) on a regular basis for content and strategy
  • Going above and beyond to innovate and create the best content possible for our strategic objectives


Nice to Haves

  • Design skills with Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc
  • Access to your own filming and editing equipment, gear, and software
  • Video Editing skills with Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc
  • Previous social media content creator experience, especially with short-form video
