Join us as a Content Coordinator & Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our digital assets are organized, secure, and accessible!
Core Responsibilities
In this role you will be the key point of contact between LEGO Game and internal product teams that create, store, and distribute digital assets. You will map and optimize internal workflows, ensuring that digital assets are stored securely and distributed efficiently—both internally and to external partners. Your responsibilities will include:

Liaising with internal product teams to streamline the creation, storage, and distribution of digital assets.

Mapping and optimizing internal pipelines for managing digital assets efficiently.

Ensuring secure and optimal storage and distribution of digital assets to external partners.

Collaborating with internal IT and security teams to ensure compliance with standard methodologies.

Researching, evaluating, and assisting in the acquisition of a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.

Establishing guidelines and standard methodologies for digital asset organization, access, and security.

Supporting teams in adopting new asset management workflows and technologies.

Please note: This is a position based in Billund, Denmark. Our flexible working model allows employees to work 2 days/week from home (3 days in the office). Relocation support is not offered for this role.
Do you have what it takes?
This role is ideal for someone who excels at structuring digital workflows and enhancing operational efficiency. Additionally, the ability to analyze existing pipelines and propose improvements for efficiency is highly valued. An interest in gaming and digital content ecosystems is a bonus, as it aligns well with the role's focus. Moreover we would be looking for the following:
Must have:
-
A background in computer graphics, content coordination, digital asset management, or a related field.

Experience with digital asset management systems (DAM) such as Unity Asset Manager.

Strong organizational skills and a systematic approach to process improvement.

An understanding of standard methodologies for digital content security, storage, and distribution.

Superb communication and collaboration skills,
Preferred:
-
Experience as a SCRUM Master or in Project Management.

Familiarity with tools such as Unreal Engine, Perforce, UAM, Maya, Blender, or 3D Studio Max.
