At Concept Reply, we are hiring an Automotive Embedded Software Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. In this role, you will work on complex software systems for the automotive industry, focusing on Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS). Our ideal candidate has extensive embedded software experience and a strong understanding of camera subsystems and Qualcomm SoCs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize embedded software for automotive applications, particularly in ADAS (DMS, RVC, or SVC).
- Define and manage software requirements using tools like DOORs and DNG.
- Design formal software architectures utilizing tools such as Rhapsody or Enterprise Architect (EA).
- Implement software solutions on QNX RTOS and Qualcomm SoCs.
- Develop and integrate camera drivers with Qualcomm BSPs or similar SDKs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software performance and reliability.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in automotive embedded software and adapt to new technologies and platforms.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in embedded software development.
- Hands-on involvement in at least two end-to-end ADAS projects or five years in the ADAS domain.
- Proficiency in C/C++ programming within multi-process, multi-threaded environments.
- Strong experience in software requirements engineering using DOORs, DNG, or similar tools.
- Expertise in formal software architecture design using Rhapsody or EA.
- Experience with QNX RTOS and Qualcomm SoCs or similar hardware platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of camera subsystems, including imagers, serializers, and de-serializers.
- Experience in developing camera drivers with Qualcomm BSPs or similar SDKs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Familiarity with automotive safety standards such as ISO 26262.
- Understanding of image signal processing and computer vision techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
