Job Summary 

The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection seeks a Consolidation and Reporting Senior Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will report to the Finance Consolidation Director and work closely with the accounting and FP&A departments.

Essential Functions 

• Perform monthly and annual financial consolidation across multiple entities and consolidation perimeters.

• Eliminates intercompany transactions and balances. 

• Preparation of other consolidation entries. 

• Help with the preparation of the consolidated and statutory financial statements. 

• Support the finance team in variance analysis and financial performance reporting.

• Assist in the preparation of IFRS reporting to the different stakeholders. 

• Help with the redaction of technical accounting position papers.

• Ensures adherence to IFRS, GAAP, or other relevant accounting standards. 

• Assist in external audit processes by providing necessary documentation, explanations, and coordination of the auditor’s requests.

• Maintain and improve financial reporting and reporting processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

• Implement and regularly review the financial policies (profit and loss and balance sheet) and consolidation and reporting procedures.  

• Maintain the chart of accounts to ensure that financial transactions are categorized correctly for financial reporting and analysis. 

Competency Education 

• Master's degree in Accounting, Audit, or Finance

Skills & Experience 

• 3+ years of experience in financial consolidation and reporting (experience in a big four firm is a plus)

• Strong understanding of IFRS and consolidation principles

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Fluent English

• Detailed and deadline-oriented

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel

• A team player, self-starter
