The Role
As a Senior Product Manager, you will take ownership of key initiatives, working cross-functionally to drive product development from ideation to execution. You will work closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to shape Immunefi’s future, delivering user-centric solutions that enhance security and efficiency in the Web3 space.
What You’ll Do
- Product Execution & Contribution to Strategy – Understand the company’s strategic goals and contribute with innovative ideas and solutions that drive business impact.
- Impact & Leadership – Take ownership of high-impact initiatives, from concept to experimentation through to delivery, whilst demonstrating measurable success.
- Strategic Experimentation – Design and run experiments to validate hypotheses, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Rapid Iteration & Execution – Drive progress efficiently, making smart trade-offs between speed and quality.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and team alignment.
- Customer Focus & Problem-Solving – Understand user needs deeply and prioritize solutions that solve real problems.
- Outcome-Oriented Thinking – Measure success using qualitative and quantitative data, ensuring product initiatives align with business goals.
- Adaptability & Long-Term Thinking – Balance short-term execution with a long-term vision, iterating based on feedback and market trends.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is an experienced Senior Product Manager with strong execution skills, a deep understanding of product development, and the ability to contribute meaningfully to business goals.
Core Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management with a proven track record of driving impact in fast-paced environments.
- Deep understanding of product development—ability to lead teams through ideation, prioritization, and execution.
- Ability to translate strategy into action, identifying opportunities to enhance the product while aligning with business objectives.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience designing and running experiments to validate product decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, ensuring smooth alignment across teams.
- A user-centric mindset—ability to translate customer insights into impactful product features.
- Self-starter mentality, capable of driving progress without unnecessary delays.
Bonus Points (Strong Differentiators)
- Understanding of UX/UI Principles – Ability to create user-centric experiences with intuitive design.
- Experience working on AI-enabled products – Not just familiarity with AI tools, but hands-on experience developing, managing or improving products that leverage AI.
- Hands-on Prototyping – Ability to create LoFi prototypes and wireframes to communicate ideas.
- High-Quality Documentation – Strong writing skills for clear and comprehensive documentation in a remote-first company.
