To join CLEAResult as a Conservation Account Manager (CAM).
The CAM, is responsible for promoting energy efficiency programs and identifying opportunities within assigned Commercial and Industrial accounts. In this role, the CAM also provides technical support and guidance on energy-saving initiatives led by key accounts, with the goal of achieving Conservation and Demand Management (CDM) targets.
To be considered you must be based in or near the Brantford, Mississauga, Cambridge or Oakville area.
Must also be able to travel to the Toronto office on a quarterly basis.

Collaborate with key accounts, trade associations, channel partners, and other supply chain members to identify and develop energy savings projects that contribute to meeting assigned CDM targets.

Develop and execute strategic account plans for key customers, managing relationships at multiple organizational levels.

Assist customers in completing CDM incentive applications, including assessing technical and economic feasibility, ensuring eligibility, and supporting M&V methodology requirements.

Identify and evaluate energy efficiency measures and opportunities within assigned key accounts.

Prepare and deliver high-quality, client-specific presentations and proposals, as well as materials for internal and external stakeholders as needed.

Attend industry events to maintain market awareness and build relationships.

Travel regularly within the assigned region; occasional overnight travel to other parts of Ontario, including remote locations, may be required.

Minimum 4 years of experience in outreach and lead generation; experience in the commercial, industrial, or agricultural energy efficiency or sustainability sectors is preferred

Technical sales experience considered an asset

Post-secondary education in sustainability, energy efficiency, engineering, or a related field

Professional designations such as P.Eng, B.Eng, B.Sc., CEM, or CET are considered assets
-
Strong influence and negotiation skills
-
A passion for energy efficiency and a strong interest in technology-driven solutions

Proven track record of delivering measurable energy savings and meeting or exceeding targets
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Have a valid Drivers License and the ability to travel to various sites often.

$40-$50/h
