To join CLEAResult as a Conservation Account Manager. As a Conservation Account Manager, you would integrate into an existing midstream program targeted at Food Service dealers in British Columbia. The role conducts outreach to recruit and train distributors to successfully participate in the program. This midstream program will be aimed at distributors, suppliers and contractors in parts of the province. The successful candidate must be highly motivated by results, creative, relentless and collaborative.

Successful candidates will be located in the Greater Vancouver Area, have the ability to travel throughout the province, and report to the office once per quarter.

For this opportunity, you’re a great fit if you can…

  • Collaborate with the Program Team to deliver the program across British Columbia, focusing on recruiting, engaging, and managing distributor participants, marketing the program, and ensuring QA/QC.

  • Travel frequently (up to 50%, mostly day trips) across the province to meet distributors, contractors, manufacturers, and suppliers.

  • Utilize and train others on the distributor portal, troubleshooting IT and program administration issues.

  • Build strong relationships, drive results, and contribute creatively to program growth.

  • Partner with the client to identify improvements and implement strategies for program success.

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…

  • 5+ years managing a Food Service dealer/distributor business with deep industry knowledge.

  • 4+ years in commercial energy efficiency and customer relations.

  • Experience in business development or account management.

  • Resides in the Greater Vancouver Area

  • Skilled in influence, negotiation, and communication (oral and written).

  • Passionate advocate for energy efficiency and technology solutions.

  • HVAC knowledge preferred.

  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

  • Holds a BC Class 5 Driver’s License with reliable transportation.

Targeted Hourly Rate

$41-$45 per hour

$40.49 - $67.42
