La personne sera responsable de soutenir et conseiller sur le territoire assigné (Montréal, Rive-Sud et Rive-Nord), les clients membres d'une mutuelle de prévention en matière de santé et sécurité au travail. Le rôle consiste à identifier les risques présents dans les milieux de travail des clients et à proposer des mesures correctives dans un plan d'action, en fonction de la réglementation applicable. Le travail se déroule principalement sur la route.
En tant que Conseiller(ère) en Prévention, vous mettrez à contribution vos aptitudes, vos connaissances et votre expertise dans les champs d’activités suivants : consultation, lois et règlements en matière de santé et sécurité au travail, tarification de la CNESST, etc. En fonction de vos aptitudes et de votre expérience, vous pourriez être amené(e) à donner de la formation ou à soutenir des clients dans l’implantation de divers programmes en matière de SST.
Comment vous ferez une différence
- Visiter les clients membres d’une mutuelle de prévention et promouvoir la santé et la sécurité en milieu de travail;
- Élaborer les plans d’action en prévention et informer les membres de leurs obligations;
- Participer à l’atteinte des objectifs quantitatifs et qualitatifs du département de prévention ;
- Collaborer au développement de marchés et à l’atteinte des résultats budgétaires en proposant les produits et services de l’organisation.
Vous possédez
- Bilinguisme (anglais et français) de niveau professionnel;
- Détenir un Baccalauréat en gestion des ressources humaines / relations industrielles ou DEC dans un domaine lié à la fonction (SST, administration, ressources humaines);
- Avoir un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience pertinente en santé et sécurité au travail
- Démontrer un niveau de polyvalence, de connaissance et d’autonomie pour intervenir dans des dossiers ou des situations variées et complexes touchant les différentes sphères d’activités de la santé et la sécurité;
- Posséder d’excellentes habiletés de communication;
- Avoir accès à une voiture de façon quotidienne et détenir un permis de conduire valide;
- Avoir un sens de l’organisation développé.
