As a fast-growing bathroom remodeling company, we're looking for a proactive and personable Confirmation manager to be the crucial link between our marketing efforts and our sales success.
Position Overview:
The Confirmation Manager is responsible for contacting inbound leads, qualifying their interest, and scheduling in-home or virtual consultations with our sales team. You'll be the first voice our future clients hear-so your ability to build trust, create excitement, and communicate clearly is essential. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where communication and follow-through are key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact inbound leads quickly and professionally via phone, text, or email
- Qualify customer interest and ensure project alignment (budget, scope, timeline)
- Schedule consultations and coordinate calendar availability for the sales team
- Track all lead activity in CRM or scheduling system
- Follow up with leads who haven't responded to initial contact
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to improve lead conversion
- Provide a warm, informative, and positive first impression of our company
What You Bring:
- 1-3 years of customer service, sales support, or appointment setting experience
- Strong phone and communication skills-you know how to connect with people
- Ability to manage a high volume of leads with professionalism and speed
- Excellent time management and organization
- Experience with CRM systems
- Self-starter who is comfortable working independently and meeting performance goals
