As a Concept Manager, your primary responsibility is to build a strong restaurant management and crew team by modeling Wendy’s Values and create a fun and energizing work culture, which thrives on providing an exceptional service to our customers.
In this role, you will serve as a “Culture Champion” and bring this vision to life as you manage the day-to-day operations, customer experience and financial results of the restaurant. You are passionate, proud, caring, and committed. Such responsibility will require you to:
· Execute all Company policies, procedures, programs and systems
· Attain financial goals based on Annual Operating Plan
· Achieve operational and customer experience metrics using company systems
· Delegate responsibilities and coach restaurant team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience and achieve operational targets
· Create a fun and energizing work environment where the team is engaged, respected, and valued
· Identify and develop talent that can deliver Wendy’s experience
