About You:

With an orderbook extending out into the next decade, we are looking for new Composite Laminator to join the team. You will play a crucial role in the production of composite parts used in the aerospace industry. To excel in this role, you should possess the following attributes:

  • An ability to learn and understand our processing techniques and materials used in the process, including learning the correct lay-up of pre-impregnated glass/carbon into mould tools, vacuum bagging, and resin infusion techniques. Relevant training will be provided.
  • You will have precision, attention to detail and take pride in being able to follow complex technical drawings and specifications accurately, ensuring that every product meets the highest quality standards. Relevant training will be provided.
  • You will have excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity, enabling you to perform intricate tasks with precision and care. Your steady hands and keen eye for detail will ensure the integrity and quality of each laminated part.
  • Challenges and unexpected issues will motivate you to find effective solutions and you will have a proactive approach to identifying and resolving problems, to support the smooth production processes.
  • You can collaborate well with others, communicate effectively, and contribute to a positive and productive team atmosphere. Your willingness to share knowledge and support your colleagues will be highly valued.

Based in Bromborough, Teledyne CML Composites is a fast-growing manufacturer, supplying carbon/glass fibre composite parts and assemblies to some of the world’s leading aircraft and aero engine producers.
