The primary role of the Lead Compliance Specialist is to oversee and manage all aspects of credentialing to ensure the US Provider Counseling Network remains current and up to date with minimal standards for credentialing as outlined in CAQH standards.
The role is pivotal in providing quality, robust credentialing services to keep our network highly skilled and competitive in the market. This role will be crucial in managing the growth of the network across the EAP and behavioral healthcare settings.

How you make an Impact:

You will act as an individual contributor on our team to evaluate system processes and create new procedues for streamlined credentialing

You will own the US Licensing procedure for our network of clinicians and ensure compliance to NCQA

You will liason between our teams to support effective recredentialing of clinicians and healthcare workers
What you Bring:
-
Bachelors degree in healthcare administration or related field.
-
Three years’ experience in behavioral healthcare support.

Knowledge of Employee Assistance and Behavioral Healthcare credentialing requirements for providers.

Strong leadership and team management skills.
-
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-
Proficiency in compliance management software and MS Office Suite or Google Docs.
