What You’ll Bring to The Team: 

The Compliance Operations Analyst plays a key role in ensuring the organization complies with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. This position requires a blend of analytical expertise, meticulous attention to detail, and operational proficiency to monitor, evaluate, and strengthen compliance frameworks while delivering actionable risk mitigation insights. The ideal candidate will support compliance programs, conduct audits, manage documentation, oversee third-party risks, ensure data privacy compliance, maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), and collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of compliance across the organization.

You will: 

Compliance Program Support:

  • Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of compliance policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Ensure organizational adherence to regulatory standards, including but not limited to GDPR, HIPAA, and industry-specific regulations.
  • Conduct periodic risk assessments to identify potential areas of vulnerability in vendor management, privacy, quality management, etc.
  • Maintain and update the vendor risk management database (OneTrust), including risk classifications, required documentation and requalification deadlines.

Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Monitor compliance-related activities and flag issues to the relevant department leader for resolution.
  • Prepare detailed reports on compliance metrics and key findings from audits or reviews.
  • Maintain documentation and track progress on corrective actions and risk mitigation efforts.
  • Assist with preparation of slide decks to communicate the Compliance status and progress of the organization.

Auditing & Investigations:

  • Conduct internal audits, capturing findings and developing concise reports for distribution to appropriate department leaders.
  • Facilitate and coordinate external customer audits to ensure a smooth communication process among the many participants.
  • Investigate and report potential violations of policies, regulations, or ethical standards.
  • Recommend solutions for process improvement based on audit results.

Training & Communication:

  • Collaborate with P&C and business units to ensure compliance training is completed in a timely manner.
  • Act as a resource for employees seeking guidance on compliance-related matters.
  • Keep up to date with regulatory changes and communicate updates to relevant teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with legal, risk management, IT, Vendor Management Committee and operations teams to ensure alignment with compliance objectives.
  • Support cross-departmental projects requiring compliance input or oversight.
  • Provide data and analysis to support compliance-driven decision-making processes.

An Ideal Candidate is/has: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or operations.
  • Experience in a regulated industry is highly desirable (e.g., finance, healthcare, or technology).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in compliance tools, reporting software, and/or project management systems, specifically: OneTrust and ComplianceQuest
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards (e.g. HIPAA, GDPR, CFR Part 11).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

  • Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP)
  • Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM)
