Job Description
We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the Group Compliance and Enterprise Risk Management team as a Compliance Expert to help manage regulatory compliance issues. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Reviewing existing legal acts to ensure the preparation, implementation, and supervision of internal policies, procedures, and processes in the field of energy sector regulations.
- Independently assessing current and potential compliance risks affecting the activities of the Group.
- Supporting the business on compliance-related matters.
- Constantly developing and maintaining compliance management procedures and tools.
- Building a compliance-aware culture.
Qualifications
- University degree in Law;
- 3+ years of experience in regulatory compliance or law (experience in Energy sector would be an advantage);
- Deep knowledge of the Lithuanian and European Union regulatory environment in the fields of energy, finance, confidential (inside) information, personal data, competition;
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex information to identify the key issues/ action and drive resolution;
- Flexibility in a fast-changing environment;
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English (both verbal & written).
