ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

(Duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following):

• Works directly with sales leaders and support partners including finance to drive the process of executing new hire offers and change requests for compensation structures

• Ensures accuracy in compensation structure and compliance in partnership with legal team

• Proactively collaborates with sales managers and finance partners to ensure accuracy with new hire offers and compensation structure changes

• Reviews compensation structures to achieve consistency across roles and locations

• Responds to inquiries and requests promptly

• Supports broader compensation team in the review of compensation analysis, FLSA analysis and market pricing of roles to proactively ensure competitive pay

• Assists in the support of the annual merit process

• Interpret local, state and federal laws regulating compensation practices

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

(To perform the job successfully, the candidate should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this job.)

• 1+ years of experience in Mortgage industry

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ years of experience with Workday HR Management System

• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel

• 1+ years of experience in the development, communication, facilitation or support of compensation or rewards programs

PREFERRED EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

The expected salary range for this position is between:

$67,400.00 - $71,200.00

The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
