Job Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITIONS:

  • Provide HR support and guidance to employees by being the first point of contact for employee questions from either walk-in traffic or phone calls to HR.
  • Provide payroll support including executing payroll when required.
  • Understand and support the FMLA process at Drive.
  • Oversight of employee programs: shoes, uniforms, glasses, lockers, etc.
  • Support the HR Manager and Assistant HR Manager with projects and special assignments.
  • Monthly KPIs and documentation to support HR Goals/Targets. Active participate in various audits including EOS, IATF, MaFact, etc.
  • Posting open positions on job boards through the Applicant Tracking System and maintain accurate information on all job boards. Ensure that job postings match the job description.
  • Participating in screening, sorting of resumes and applicants, scheduling and coordination of interviews.
  • Perform other duties as required.

  • Office environment: 80% sitting at desk, 20 % walking


EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.


WORK EXPERIENCE / TECHNICAL TRAINING:

  • Must have 2+ years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Must have experience with HRIS systems and/or applicant tracking systems.
  • Must have intermediate skills in Microsoft Office / Excel / Power Point.
