As a key member of our compensation team, you will play a critical role in updating, designing, implementing, and managing our international compensation programs to attract, retain, and motivate right talent across our global operations. You will partner closely with HR business partners and hiring manager to ensure our compensation strategies are competitive, compliant with local regulations, and aligned with our overall business objectives. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and Implement Compensation Strategies: Design and implement competitive and equitable base salary structures, short-term plans, and allowances for our employees.
- Conduct Market Research and Benchmarking: Analyze global compensation trends, participate in international salary surveys, and conduct in-depth benchmarking to ensure our compensation programs are competitive within relevant industries and geographic locations.
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of international labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits, ensuring our programs are compliant in each country of operation.
- Provide Consulting and Advisory Services: Serve as a subject matter expert on international compensation matters, providing guidance and support to HR business partners, managers, and employees.
- Develop Compensation Policies and Procedures: Create and maintain clear and concise international compensation policies, guidelines, and procedures.
- Conduct Job Evaluations and Salary Structuring: Evaluate roles and develop appropriate salary grades and ranges based on job content, market data, and internal equity.
- Support Compensation Planning and Budgeting: Participate in the annual compensation planning process, providing data analysis and recommendations for salary adjustments, bonus allocations, and merit increases.
- Develop Communication Materials: Create effective communication materials to educate employees and stakeholders on international compensation programs and policies.
- Analyze Compensation Data: Prepare and present insightful reports and analyses on international compensation data to identify trends, potential issues, and opportunities for improvement.
EDUCATION
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
EXPERIENCE
· 4+ years of progressive experience in compensation, with a strong focus on international compensation.
· In-depth knowledge of global compensation practices, including base pay, incentives, and benefits across various regions.
· Proven experience in conducting international market research, job evaluations, and salary structure development.
· Understanding of international labor laws and regulations impacting compensation and benefits.
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a strong attention to detail.
· Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (or Google Sheets).
