About the Role:
As Compensation Analyst, you will report directly to the Director, Total Rewards, and play an important role managing market pay information, delivering compensation programs and providing functional expertise to HR colleagues on compensation topics.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with the HRIS team and other HR colleagues to successfully deliver annual global compensation planning cycles including the execution of merit, bonus and long-term incentive programs and all related education, communication and administration
- Advise global Talent Acquisition, HR Operations and HR Business Partners on pay benchmarking, salary structures, levelling, job architecture, pay decisions and guideline interpretations
- Partner with market compensation survey providers to provide input (benchmark Sitecore jobs, submit pay data and other benchmarking survey information), and analyze the survey output (to provide insights of how pay at Sitecore compares to the market, create salary structures, and benchmark roles)
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure that compensation processes are simple and efficient, and that compensation guidance is published, accessible to managers and kept up-to-date. Provide education to HR colleagues
- Provide support on benefits and equity programs or HR projects as required
Qualifications
What You Need to Succeed:
- 2+ years’ relevant experience in international Compensation/Rewards, managing market pay information and implementing total rewards programs in a multi-national organization
- Strong ability to analyze global compensation trends and provide insights from internal and external data
- Good presentation & interpersonal skills
Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:
- Additional experience in other Human Resources or Finance roles
- Experience with Workday HRIS
- BA or BSc. Degree in HR, Business, or related function or equivalent experience
