Dynatrace is seeking to add a Product Management Intern to its Product Management team to address its growing need to enable flawless and secure digital interactions for Dynatrace customers. As a Product Management Intern, your work will help create a world where software works perfectly.
Job Description/Your Role at Dynatrace
We are looking for an MBA or MS in Marketing student to join us this summer on our Product Management team. This is a full-time, paid internship.
Responsibilities:
As a member of the GTM team, you will be a part of the team focused on highlighting successful Saas customer stories
Craft a compelling website with persuasive content to get Customers excited about move from on-prem to Saas
Add value by assessing existing resources that are utilized the most and make recommendations to effectively improve migration experience
Identify areas to improve the customer experience for Saas migration
Work cross-functionally across product, marketing, sales and customer service to deliver a good migration experience
The Product Management Intern will partner with Senior Product Managers, Software Engineers, Marketing Teams, Sales Executives and Customer Service Managers to gain hands-on industry experience in the Product Management field.
What will help you succeed
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Currently working towards an MBA or an MS in Marketing or related field of study
Work experience: 4-5 Years experience in Marketing or a similar field
Local to Waltham, MA and able to come to the office 2-3x week
Preferred Requirements:
Considering a career in Marketing, Go-to- Market Strategies or a similar field
Prior customer facing experience or an interest in being customer facing
Academic focus on Go-to-Market Strategy
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work individually and in a team environment.
