About the Role 


As the Communications Manager for Concord, you will be responsible for elevating our awareness and visibility in the market to drive demand. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, execution, and technical expertise, as you will collaborate closely with our content, customer engagement, demand generation, and design teams to drive demand. You’ll design, manage, and execute programs including thought leadership, public relations, social media, influencer marketing, and event participation to position Concord as a thought leader in contract lifecycle management (CLM).

  • Amplify Thought Leadership:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to secure media coverage in relevant trade publications, business outlets, and industry blogs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with journalists, analysts, and industry influencers.
  • Identify and secure opportunities for thought leadership, such as speaking engagements, guest articles, podcasts, and webinars. 
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to craft compelling narratives that align with market trends and challenges.
  • Monitor and report on earned media performance and sentiment.

  • Content Amplification:
  • Partner with our content team to amplify high-value assets such as whitepapers, case studies, and blogs.
  • Develop distribution strategies to ensure content reaches target audiences effectively, including guest article placement on third-party sites.
  • Identify co-marketing opportunities to expand reach and credibility.

  • Social Media Management:
  • Manage and grow Concord’s social media presence across key platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, X, and others relevant to our audience).
  • Create and implement engaging social media campaigns that align with broader marketing goals.
  • Monitor and report on social media performance using analytics tools, iterating on strategies to maximize impact.
  • Leverage social channels to amplify thought leadership content, product launches, and industry recognition.

  • Influencer Relations:
  • Cultivate relationships with industry influencers, partners, and advocacy groups.
  • Identify, plan, and manage co-marketing opportunities with influencer groups to drive additional awareness and

  • Events and Conferences:
  • Manage Concord’s participation in industry events, both virtual and in-person to drive demand. 
  • Plan and manage Concord roadshow events, including VIP dinners in key cities.
  • Work with our demand gen team to coordinate pre- and post-event promotional activities to maximize impact and demand.

  • Measurement & Reporting
  • Develop reporting to track and analyze key performance and conversion metrics for all communication activities, including PR coverage, social media engagement, event performance, and content-driven traffic.
  • Regularly report on outcomes and insights, recommending data-driven strategies to improve impact.
  • Monitor competitive and industry trends to refine strategies and benchmark success.
  • Actively participate in the respect of all practices and security policies of the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand management, public relations, field marketing, or corporate communications, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with content, demand generation, and creative teams.
  • Experience in the legal, finance, or procurement technology sectors is a plus.
  • Experience with analyst relations and managing platforms such as Capterra, G2, or similar is valued.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices is an advantage.
  • Proven track record of driving successful PR campaigns and securing media coverage.
  • Strong understanding of social media best practices and experience managing corporate accounts.
  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and editing skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and refine strategies accordingly.
  • Proven and demonstrable knowledge and practical use of AI tools to accomplish tasks, including but not limited to ChatGPT, Google AI Studio, Google Notebook LM, Perplexity, and more.
