Job Description:

The Communications Lead is a person entrusted with the management (planning, implementation and controlling) of strategic, goal-oriented communication processes between organizations, programs and their respective stakeholders.

The Communication Lead role is responsible for developing and managing the communications plan at a Program Level. Manages, tracks and reviews all communications and management of change needs from Key Services Sub-Programs to ensure they are going out on time, reviewed for content, branded and with appropriate messaging. Will work and coordinate with the MOC/Communication leads from each key program. This encompasses external and internal communications involving Sales, Operations, Partners & Executive Stakeholders tied to Key Programs identified as part of our FY25 Services Initiatives.

Ensuring consistent messaging that aligns with the overall Program goals and key KPI’s & Deliverables.

You will be responsible to assist in developing a strategy on methods to track all necessary communications, timing, etc and ensure that these communications are reviewed and submitted to the correct groups for distribution. Managing timelines for submissions, content.

Strategic Deliverables

  • Understand each Program Charter and make key decisions on what types of information should go into what communications, etc
  • Development of a Communication Matrix
  • Key Stakeholder identification/groupings
  • Develop templates & process’ to align on the ability to organize and track all the avenues and inputs of communications/MOC groups.
  • Development of process on how, what and in what formats to submit communications.

Tactical Deliverables

  • Implementation of the Strategic approach and ensuring all communications go out to the right audiences, on time and with appropriate content tied to programs.

Skills/Experience

  • Program Management
  • Excellent Written and verbal communications skills
  • Well versed in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Sharepoint
  • Communications & Management of Change (MOC) experience/background
  • Cross team coordination
  • Strategic and Tactical thought Leadership
  • Understanding of the Services Quote to Cash process’, tools (a plus)
  • Developing, implementing, and managing communication strategies.
  • Familiarity with working with Brand Central Templates, Seismic, Sharepoint
