Responsibilities

Developing and executing complex internal communication strategies for clients, create engaging campaigns,
manage customer portfolios, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive product adoption and success.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in Internal Comms/ Consultancy

  • Have excellent communication skills - written, verbal, one on one, group, formal presentations

  • Able to produce well-structured and clear customer facing documentation and reports

  • Be able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

  • Have created and delivered end-to-end communications strategies with the ability to articulate the impact of these strategies through quantitative data

  • Have working knowledge of localisation, geographical and cultural complexities as it relates to communications

  • Be able to manage internal communications channels across a variety of different content types

  • Be able to make quick decisions and be able to keep track of deadlines and agendas

  • Have consultancy skills with the ability to identify and promote business benefits to a client

  • Provide excellent customer service skills –hugely responsive internally and to customers
