JOB PURPOSE/MISSION/SUMMARY:
This position is accountable for analysis, calculation and reporting of the variable incentive compensation for the Latin America Sales Organization.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze and support implementation of WW Compensation Plan.
- Interfaces with the sales teams to share plan metrics/actuals and give recommendations.
- Supports the monthly and quarterly commission calculation process for the LA countries.
- Monthly analysis/calculation of all metrics reports to define attainment.
- Works closely with the LA CDM Analyst to ensure integrity of the sales transaction detail.
- Compensation plan scenarios modeling.
- Build and maintain variable compensation reporting.
- Back-up to other team members when needed.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or related, finance or accounting.
- 3-5 years’ experience in variable compensation analysis, financial analysis and/or sales operations.
- Must have advanced knowledge of Excel: able to use complex formulas, pivot tables.
- Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Visio, preferred Power PBI knowledge.
- Preferred be fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking), preferred as well Portuguese.
