As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:
Desenvolver estratégias de expansão da base de clientes, com foco em retenção, upsell e cross-sell.
Criar e estruturar processos de onboarding, garantindo uma jornada inicial eficiente e bem-sucedida para novos clientes.
Monitorar e analisar KPIs críticos, como churn rate, NPS, Health Score, engajamento e adoção do produto.
Auditar processos e interações, identificando pontos de melhoria e oportunidades para elevar a qualidade do atendimento.
Assegurar o sucesso dos clientes com os produtos e serviços oferecidos pela empresa.
Desenvolver iniciativas de encantamento, agregando valor em cada ponto de contato da jornada.
Mitigar riscos proativamente, garantindo estabilidade e confiança em momentos críticos.
