Your role at Baxter:
We are looking for a Senior Commercial Excellence Analyst to act as a strategic partner for the Sales and Marketing areas in the Latin America South (LAS) region. This position will have a hybrid role, with a strong work with CRM (Salesforce), Salesforce Effectiveness, Incentive Programs, and with Market Intelligence, working on the generation of insights to support decision-making and strategic commercial planning.
What you’ll be doing:
Salesforce Effectiveness & Incentives

Manage and evolve the use of CRM (Salesforce) as a crucial tool for pipeline management and commercial productivity.

Develop and monitor performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and reports to evaluate the sales force's performance.

Structure and support commercial incentive programs, with achievement and financial impact calculations.

Support commercial leaders with efficiency analysis and territorial coverage planning.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Strategy

Collect, process, and analyze market data (DataSUS, IQVIA, CNES, audits, etc.) to support strategic decisions.

Generate customer segmentations, potential analyses, and demand projections by product, region, and customer profile.

Support the construction of the Marketing Plan and its execution, with insights that connect the market to the commercial plan.

Conduct studies of pricing, elasticity, and competitive sensitivity.

Evaluate the allocation of field teams and propose adjustments based on analysis of coverage, potential, and ROI.
What you’ll bring:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information System, Information Technology, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, or Business Administration.
Solid experience in areas of Commercial Excellence, Market Intelligence, or Commercial Planning.
Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI and Salesforce (desirable experience with CRM management).
Analytical skills and strategic vision, with the ability to transform data into action plans.
Intermediate to sophisticated English;
Spanish is a plus.
