As part of this one in a life-time opportunity to build and make a real impact in the insurance marketplace, we are looking for an accomplished, customer obsessed and results-oriented Product Manager to drive our Commercial Claims Salvage and Subrogation Strategy.
Primary Position Objective:
As a Commercial Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our Commercial Claims Salvage and Subrogation Strategy.

DEFINES scalable product solutions by deep knowledge of internal and external customer habits.

ADHERES to GEICO Code of Conduct, company policies, and operating principles.

MEETS attendance standard at business location to perform necessary job functions and to facilitate interaction with subordinates and co-workers.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of delivering successful products in a fast-paced environment.

Understanding of Commercial Claims Salvage and Subrogation, including market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.

Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.

Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ Years of experience in product management with Commercial Salvage and Subrogation experience with an emphasis on the Commercial Trucking Product.
Annual Salary
$82,000.00 - $128,125.00
The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
