Commercial Project Manager

Responsible for the completion of all commercial/financial related tasks to contribute to the project success.Responsibilities and Duties

• Actively support Project Manager in solving project related topics and implement measures identified during project review
• Ensures all related Project Reporting and Cost Controlling activities are accurate and effective in compliance with SE-FRG and local GAAP requirements.
• Ensure up-to-date project financial data, improve forecast quality and actively drive measures to achieve Financial Year target
• Actively search for opportunities and measures which lead to project margin improvement
• Obtain in-depth knowledge about customer contract and respond to claim situations appropriately with the support of the contract manager
• Evaluate continuously project related risks while ensuring project contingencies are adequately provided to safeguard the projects sustainability
• Ensure transparency in project related non-conformance cost (NCC) reporting
• Prepare and update personnel hourly rate calculation annually
• Actively communicate and follow up with customer to ensure invoices are paid on time.
• Prepare incentive and escalation calculation and acquire customer’s approval
• Direct Project Controller in forecast and budget preparation
• Ensure project FX risk is managed with the support of Treasury FX team
• Provide project transparency status during project review
• Support corporate finance during annual audit

Qualifications

• Bachelor above, graduate from finance or accounting or business administration major.

• More than 7 years working experience in long term project management including budgeting, forecasting, and cost controlling.
• More than 3 years working experience in working as a Commercial Project Manager
• Have skills in SAP in Project Management and Financial Controlling module
• Have good working knowledge in POC accounting
• Solid contractual knowledge and experience with claim situations
• Good leadership and communication skills to guide project team and work together with the customer
