Commercial Planning Manager

We’re looking for a Commercial Planning Manager in Brazil to help define and own our commercial planning and executional responsibilities. This will include breaking our ambitious strategic plans into achievable short term deliverables, supporting on the day to day management of the Brazilian P&L and ensuring we hold ourselves accountable for delivering against what we set out to achieve at the beginning of each cycle.

We're looking for someone with:

• A proven track record in a dynamic online business.
• Experience in a similar industry or within the e-commerce space
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Pragmatic and executional in nature
• Ability to co-ordinate with and manage multiple stakeholders 
• Ability to drive results and projects to completion, while adhering to strict timelines
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English 
• A customer obsession. Sports or gaming industry experience a plus!

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with cross-functional teams to build out a holistic and complete calendar view of important sporting, seasonal and cultural dates to support promotional and commercial activities
• Assist in translating the Brazilian Strategy and Customer Proposition into tangible business plans and activities 
• Support in collating regular updates to the wider business on Brazilian commercial roadmap and activities 
• Help devise and build BAU reporting templates and scorecards to assist in monitoring and tracking overall business health and performance
• Work with BI and Commercial Performance teams to ensure live views of reporting needs are captured and readily available for self-serving purposes
• Collect and capture demands and needs from a local market perspective to feed back into Central product teams
• Co-ordinate commercial activities and projects across multiple functions and teams to ensure customer centricity and alignment across plans so that we deliver a single cohesive customer experience.
• Supports on the day to day management of the Brazilian P&L and operations.

• Adaptable/Flexible – Ability to pivot and change our approach in a dynamic and fast paced regulatory environment
• Planning & Organization – understands ways to easily display and track progress of multiple cross-functional projects and initiatives in a simple, digestible format 
• Project Management: Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize, drive execution, and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to capture detailed information across multiple teams/stakeholders and distill into succinct, insightful updates for senior leadership.
