Commercial Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales productivity and effectiveness.
- Support the execution of commercial initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and profitability.
Sales Process Optimization
- Analyze and enhance sales processes to improve efficiency and customer engagement.
- Implement sales tools and automation to streamline operations.
- Monitor sales performance and provide actionable insights.
Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
- Benchmark commercial performance against competitors and industry trends.
- Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on market data.
Pricing & Revenue Management
- Develop pricing strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining competitiveness.
- Collaborate with finance and sales teams on discounting and margin optimization.
CRM & Data Management
- Oversee SAP, Sales Force and other systems to ensure data accuracy and usage across commercial teams.
- Develop reports and dashboards to track sales performance.
- Train teams on CRM best practices and utilization.
Performance & Sales Enablement
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and commercial excellence.
- Support change management initiatives within the sales organization.
