Your mission
Strategic Business Support:
- Collect and analyze internal and external data to identify business opportunities and challenges.
- Provide actionable insights to the leadership team to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop business cases and conduct sensitivity analyses to evaluate potential initiatives.
Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE):
- Oversee the SFE Manager to ensure effective sales tracking, target setting, and performance management.
- Drive CRM tool optimization, customer segmentation, and incentive scheme design to enhance sales impact.
- Collaborate with field managers to align sales activities with business objectives.
Data and Reporting:
- Develop dashboards and BI tools to track KPIs, sales performance, and customer insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability for decision-making.
- Present findings and recommendations to the leadership team and regional stakeholders.
Process Improvement and Innovation:
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and implement best practices.
- Lead projects to enhance systems, tools, and processes for better business outcomes.
Other Strategic topic and Operation:
- Leading key commercial projects/ initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Act as the primary contact for commercial budget management including budget preparation and analysis of monthly and quarterly performance reviews, providing critical insights to support decision-making.
- Act as a key communication liaison for the General Manager, facilitating effective information flow and ensuring that strategic priorities are communicated clearly across the organization.
- Other ad-hoc assignments as directed by the General Manager.
REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field, Pharma industry is a plus.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business analysis, sales and/or marketing, sales force effectiveness, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in BI tools, CRM systems, and data visualization platforms.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen.
- Leadership and team management skills.
