For our team based in Vado Ligure, we are looking for a Commercial Analyst, who will be responsible for conducting comprehensive market analyses, delivering data-driven insights, and supporting the Commercial team with fact-based intelligence.

Key responsibilities:
• Perform fact-based analysis of local markets, including supply, demand, utilization, customer trends, and competitive capabilities.
• Develop quantitative models to support data-driven decision-making and contribute to commercial proposals.
• Conduct market, competitor, trend, and benchmarking studies, including sales comparable and pricing intelligence.
• Analyse commercial data to extract and disseminate actionable customer insights.
• Identify and monitor current and future market trends to guide short- and long-term strategies.
• Support sales meetings with customers by providing relevant data and preparing materials.
• Maintain and update market intelligence databases and customer details.
• Support sales efforts, including TSA/SLA definitions and deal flow management.
• Provide insights on KPIs and standard reports, including sales and market research findings.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and commercial dashboard reviews.
• Review contracts, ensuring timely renewals or cancellations as needed.
• Handle administrative tasks required for the role, maintaining data accuracy and compliance.
What we are looking for:
- High school diploma and a college degree in Logistics, Operations Management, or related discipline;
- Knowledge of logistics, yard planning/lay-out and container terminal operations;
- Effective analytical, numeracy, reporting and problem-solving skills;
- High level of planning and organizational skills;
- Able to work in a team
- Full proficiency in English and Italian mothertoungue level.
