The Coding Client Success Manager is responsible for serving as a trusted partner to large agency clients by addressing medical coding problems and providing guidance to the internal coding teams. The scope of this job includes collaborating with clients and internal teams to optimize the coding experience, drive client satisfaction, and maximize coding accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and act as the primary point of contact for agencies with more than 500 records coded per month.

Proactively identify and assist with client concerns, manage communications and information flowing across internal teams, and address any client needs.

Escalate client issues and concerns appropriately and effectively for the right visibility and intervention.

Participate in client strategy sessions including business reviews and roadmap sessions.

Collaborate with implementation teams to set timelines for new client onboarding and implementation based on current and future staffing models.

Perform other job duties as assigned.
Required qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

At least 4-6 years of relevant work experience
