Franchise Operations at Coca-Cola manages relationships with bottling partners and ensures that our franchise model operates efficiently and delivers on the promise of brand excellence. Key Responsibilities 

 
As a Franchise Operations Intern, you will play a key role in supporting Coca-Cola’s relationships with franchise partners, ensuring operational alignment, and driving commercial success across different territories. 

• Assist in managing relationships with franchise bottlers and business partners. 

• Support the implementation of franchise strategies to drive growth and market share. 

• Collaborate with operations and sales teams to optimize product distribution and marketing efforts. 

• Analyze franchise performance and identify opportunities for improvement. 

• Help develop training materials and programs for franchise teams to drive operational excellence. 

• Contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance the franchise business model. 

Requirements 

• Educational background: An undergraduate student, pursuing a bachelor's degree, or master’s student, completing a master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or related field. 

• Right to work: Legal authorisation to work in Greece. No visa sponsorship is provided. 

• Commitment: Must be available to start October 1st 2025 and commit to 40 hours/week for a 12 month internship. 

• Language: Fluency in English (with strong verbal and written communication skills) 

• Attributes: Enthusiasm towards Coca-Cola, its brands and its values. Curious, agile, creative and passionate about learning and making a true impact in a high-performance and diverse environment. 

• Relationship skills: Being inclusive, team-oriented, and adept at building relationships. 

• Relevant Knowledge: Basic understanding of franchise and business operations. Strong leadership and project management capabilities, with attention to detail and a sense of initiative. Analytical and good in stakeholder management.
