Responsibilities:
- Machine Operation: Operate CNC lathes (customized Emco machines with Siemens control) to ensure efficient and effective production.
- Programming and Setup: Independently program using specialized CNC software for seal production and set up machines, ensuring accuracy and precision.
- Process Management: Oversee the entire production process from programming to the final workpiece, focusing on express and prototype production.
- Production: Handle single and series production, primarily small series and special seals.
- Documentation: Create and maintain process and quality documentation to ensure compliance and professionalism.
- Process Improvement: Support process engineers in developing production processes and propose continuous improvements.
Qualifications:
Job Requirements:
- Educational Background: Completed vocational training, such as cutting machine operator (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification.
- Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience, ideally in the machining of thermoplastics and elastomers.
- Language Proficiency: Proficient knowledge of the German language, both spoken and written.
Skills needed to be successful in this role:
- Commitment: High commitment and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
- Multi-Machine Operation: Ability and willingness to efficiently operate multiple machines simultaneously.
- Teamwork: Strong teamwork and self-responsibility skills.
- Shift Work: Willingness and ability to work flexible shifts.
