We're looking for a CloudOps Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is excited to build and support modern infrastructure, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is eager to grow their skills in automation, cloud, and continuous delivery.
As an Engineer on our CloudOps team, you’ll work alongside experienced engineers to deliver and maintain the core systems that power our platform. You’ll gain exposure to real-world operations at scale and have the opportunity to deepen your understanding of infrastructure-as-code, observability, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native patterns.
What You’ll Do

Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure using tools like Terraform, CI/CD systems, and container orchestration.

Support internal development teams by helping them build, test, deploy, and monitor their services.

Assist in automating repetitive tasks to reduce manual toil and improve system reliability.

Participate in on-call rotations with support from senior team members (with appropriate onboarding and training).

Follow and help improve team processes around code review, branching strategies, deployments, and documentation.

Learn and apply best practices in areas such as system design, security, monitoring, and compliance.
What We're Looking For

Foundational experience with the AWS cloud platform and infrastructure-as-code.

Basic proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Go).

Understanding of CI/CD concepts and version control tools (e.g., Git, GitHub, Gitlab).

Willingness to learn and grow through mentorship, feedback, and team collaboration.

Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset.

Curiosity, humility, and a desire to improve systems and yourself.
Nice to Have

Exposure to monitoring tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Datadog) or log aggregation systems (e.g. ELK, Splunk).

Awareness of compliance or security requirements in production environments.

Experience using containers (e.g., Docker) or container orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes).
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Sofware Engineering or related field.

4+ years designing, building, and maintaining scalable and robust backend systems, including work with microservices architecture.

3 + Years in production level Python Coding

3 + Years in AWS

$99,532.80 - $149,299.20
