Job Summary
AllCloud is looking for a CloudOps Engineer. The ideal candidate will work with a team of cloud experts responsible for responding to customer requests and troubleshooting issues within their cloud environment. The position is dynamic and fast-paced and requires excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Provide complete remote services including: incident management, installation, configuration, maintenance, and disaster recovery
- Respond to and resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences.
- Implement and maintain monitoring solutions
- Provide integration support to customers utilizing a wide variety of 3rd party tooling
- Ability to collaborate and work closely with Security and Operations teams
- Answer client configuration questions
Advantages:
- Knowledge in AWS Services: EC2, CloudWatch, S3, Lambda, ECS, VPC, EBS
- Monitoring System Experience: DataDog, New Relic, Prometheus
- Knowledge in Containerization technology ( K8s / EKS / Docker )
- Scripting: Bash / Python
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Hebrew and/or German
Requirements
Requirements:
- Work experience as a NOC, SOC, or advanced support engineer
- 2-3 years of experience working in a Linux and Windows environment
- 1-2 years of experience working with network and security in production environments
- Problem-solving and high independent learning abilities
- Attention to detail, exceptional follow-up skills, and ability to prioritize support issues
- Passionate and customer-focused
- On-call shift rotation during nights and weekends. Must be willing to be a part of a rotation to support necessary coverage
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
