Cloud Infrastructure Engineer
This position is responsible for the SysOps, PII system management project which is mainly related to Cloud Technologies. You are required to work from our Yatap, Bundang office and sometimes travelling to Samsung Offices when required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research, diagnose, and resolve complex problems independently, with help from the Support team, and with our Operations and Engineering teams as needed
- Effectively communicate to all levels of the organization, especially stakeholders
- Enforce service level adherence, identify process improvements and prepare team to deliver through process dependency and remove people dependency
- First point of contact for any service level escalation, P1 incidents in production Collaborate with onsite teams for regular service releases, hotfixes and patches
ADVANTAGE TO HAVE
· Good hands-on cloud container service like EKS/AKS/GKE and networking· Put in place continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) process and tools to enable the agile team to deliver quality software.· Develop scripts to automate build, software release, application deployment and system and application management.· Infrastructure created through script (terraform)

MUST HAVE
·Minimum 2~3 years Experience in Cloud Technologies
·Experience in DevOps tools like Jenkins, ArgoCD, Kubernetes, Grafana, Prometheus, Terraform, One of the cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), Ansible, Github· Provide production support and operation for system.· Good exposer in logging and monitoring tools
GOOD TO HAVE
·Plan for and work with the project management team to procure and manage development infrastructure such as workstation, server, storage, network and data protection.
·Conduct system level vulnerability security scan, harden system and application platform.·Liaise with 3rd party software and hardware vendors to manage and resolve incidents and technical issues.·Liaise with 3rd party hosting providers to manage and resolve incidents and technical issues.·Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
