  • The Client Segment Acquisition Specialist is responsible for implementing the segment strategies, programs, and campaigns aligned with 1) brand equity, strategies and plans, 2) product proposition development / launch, and 3) field strategies to drive activation, productivity, and engagement.
  • Accountable for the monitoring of results of various client segment acquisition, engagement and retention, channel activation programs such as financial planning sessions, field and digital activation, strategic partnerships, sponsorships and events
  • Responsible for virtual and on-the-ground coordination of activities with local marketing, business and sales units

  • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Knowledgeable about Microsoft Office Suite – Adobe knowledge is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Strong project management skills
  • Good organization and analytical skills

  • Education - Bachelor's degree holder in business-related course
  • Experience - At least 3-5 years in Marketing or Sales with solid experience in financial services industry and the affluent market

Responsibilities (heading) / Responsabilités (titre)

  • Develop affluent client communications nurturing content that aims to convert Upper Affluent clients to High Net Worth client
  • Develop tools that will aid distribution channels to increase affluent clients' consideration and interest via various platforms and activities such as, but not limited to, e-direct mails, SMS messages, advisor spiels.
  • Develop and implement client engagements that will open networking and selling opportunities with affluent and HNW clients
  • Develop and implement distribution communications in relation to marketing campaigns
  • Monitor each activities' results to measure effectiveness of initiatives
