    Job Description

    Applies systems analysis techniques and procedures including consulting with users to determine hardware software or system functional specifications: designs develops documents analyzes creates tests or modifies systems or programs based on and related to user or system design specifications; or designs documents tests creates or modifies computer programs related to machine operating systems. Analyzes and evaluates user business problems and develops system recommendations to meet requirements. Assignments typically include problem definition evaluation of requirements and implementation of systems to meet business and user requirements. Accountable for the setup and maintenance of document reference data and print attributes on company standard or client custom products and related components.

    KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Works with various Client Set Up and Maintenance teams to support daily business and client needs as well as Marketing initiatives and key company projects.
    • Follows specific detailed instructions to support daily business needs. Work is reviewed to ensure appropriate outcomes.
    • Programs data expressions and tests for accuracy for product setups and changes before going live with receiving orders.
    • Report writing and distribution as requested.
    • File processing.

    Qualifications

    EDUCATION

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred or two to three years of related work experience.

    KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

    • Must be able to build mechanicals to correct print specs package and format image files fonts correctly) Ability to lead projects from strategy and concept to completion
    • Limited use and/or application of technical principles theories and concepts to standard and non-standard situations
    • Good Analytical and Detailed Analysis Skills Good Communication Skills Microsoft Suite Lotus Notes Ongoing Learning and Development Activities
    • Apply best practices in user interface and interactive design Experience with desktop publishing software such as Crystal Reports and Office SuiteKnowledge of HTML Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing Ability to supervise and train employees to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments

    Additional Information

    Hourly Pay Rate: $22 - 25+ DOE

    Hybrid onsite position
