Client Portal Specialist

About The Role

• Develop a deep understanding of our suite of tax and accounting client portals, including their features, benefits, and customization options.
• Conduct compelling software demonstrations and presentations tailored to the specific needs of potential clients, ranging from individual users to large enterprises.
• Partner with our sales executives to understand client challenges and leverage our portal solutions to address their specific pain points.
• Build and customize demo databases that showcase the potential of our portals to provide a "single pane of glass" view for clients working with accounting firms.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and the evolving needs of our clients to inform the ongoing development and optimization of our portal solutions.

About You

• A strong understanding of tax and accounting workflows and the challenges faced by clients in this space.
• Proven experience demonstrating and implementing software solutions, ideally within a client-facing role.
• Technical aptitude and the ability to learn new software quickly and effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
• A collaborative and consultative approach to problem-solving, with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations.

For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $99,400 - $184,600.

This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
