The Role

As a Client Partner, you’ll drive strategic growth and foster long-term relationships with Chai’s most valued enterprise clients. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll collaborate with clients to align their business goals with tailored AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.

Your Responsibilities

  • Strategic Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain executive-level relationships with key clients, becoming a trusted advisor on their digital transformation journey.
  • Revenue Growth: Own and achieve ambitious quarterly and annual sales targets, ensuring continuous expansion of client accounts.
  • Client Advocacy: Understand client challenges, priorities, and goals to deliver solutions that maximize value.
  • Opportunity Identification: Develop strategic account plans to uncover and capitalize on growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaboration Across Teams: Work with internal teams, including marketing, engineering, and delivery, to ensure exceptional execution of client solutions.
  • Market Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage your expertise to guide clients in navigating evolving market conditions.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure CRM data accuracy, pipeline transparency, and proactive client communication.

What You Bring

  • Enterprise Sales Expertise: 10+ years of experience in client-facing roles, driving success in custom software, digital consulting, or technology services.
  • Account Growth Skills: Proven ability to grow enterprise accounts, meet multi-million-dollar revenue targets, and deliver impactful results.
  • Industry Knowledge: Domain expertise in energy, manufacturing, logistics, or other key sectors is a strong advantage.
  • Technical Fluency: Comfort with discussing advanced AI, generative AI, and emerging tech stacks like OpenAI.
  • Strategic Vision: Adept at aligning client goals with actionable, results-oriented strategies.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Experience inspiring and guiding cross-functional teams toward shared goals.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel (>25%) to foster relationships and ensure client success.
