Deine Aufgaben:

Overlay-Sales in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Client Managern / Specialized Sales Sec, DC, CX mit Fokus auf Neugeschäft.
-
Unterstützung des Renewal-Geschäfts (Cross-/Upselling).
-
Eigenständig Betreuung der Kunden – Anbahnung, Verhandlung, Vertragsabschluß.
-
Entwicklung von Services Pipelines gemeinsam mit dem Account Team.
-
Unterstützung in übergreifenden Bereichen TS/Consulting, HW, SW/Lizenzen.
-
Vorgaben für Servicekalkulationen im Rahmen der Angebotserstellung im Rahmen von Ausschreibungen.
-
Vorbereitung und Unterstützung von Service- und Commercial-Freigaben.
-
Eigenständiges Erstellen von Servicekonzepten und Servicekalkulationen.
Das bringst Du mit:
-
Eine technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung.
-
Erfahrung im Bereich Service Management.
-
Mindestens 2-3 Jahre Vertriebserfahrung im Bereich Service Management.
-
ITIL Zertifizierung wünschenswert, aber nicht Voraussetzung.
-
Strukturiertes Vorgehen verbunden mit einer sehr sorgfältigen, genauen und ergebnisorientierten Arbeitsweise.

Verhandlungsgeschick und eine hohe Termintreue.
-
Fließende Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
