The Client Implementation Specialist will be both a subject matter expert on the Broadridge front office solutions offering as well as the liaison between our clients and a variety of internal teams (ie: Product Management, Account Management, Client Support, etc.). This is a predominantly client-facing role in which your main responsibilities are to interact with new and existing clients to perform workflow reviews, gather requirements, translate business requirements into technical documentation, and work with the Global Configuration team to ensure complete, accurate, and timely deployments. You will also manage project timelines and budgets, communicating related milestones and navigating potential roadblocks on behalf of our clients. As such, strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills are a must have.
We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.
Role Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to gather business case requirements
- Translate business requirements into technical documentation
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure efficient and timely delivery to clients
- Lead training sessions on system functionality to relevant client users
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) with clients
- Communicate client feedback to relevant teams internally to identify potential product enhancements
- Work with internal teams to identify areas for process improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in software implementation, project management, or a related role, preferably in the investment management or financial services industry.
- Familiarity with investment management concepts, including portfolio management, trading, accounting, and reporting.
- Experience working with traditional buy-side institutions (ie: hedge funds, asset managers, etc.)
- Familiarity with equity, fixed income, and/or derivative markets
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of database structures, data integration, and APIs.
- Proficiency in tools like SQL, Excel, and workflow visualization software (e.g., Visio).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with investment management software (e.g., Charles River, Eze, or other similar platforms).
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, ScrumMaster) is a plus
- Knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
Salary range $90,000.00- $100,000.00. Bonus Eligible.
