This is what you’ll do:
Reporting to the operations assistant manager you will be tasked with providing first time resolution to all customer file queries you will be an operational expert with a client focused mindset
You will play a pivotal role in interfacing directly with our client on requests for file updates providing first time resolution on all file issues
You will have a full breath operations knowledge to support conversations with the client on specific file questions and an end to end knowledge of fulfilment allowing you to fix or prioritize operations work as necessary to meet customer expectation
You will interact with candidates on file progress updates or support candidate conversations for complex cases
You will have an ability to conduct quality assurance checks on files and will partner with ops support and client facing teams to make recommendations on program improvements
You will ensure that all requests and case management workflows are documented & resolved in a timely manner to meet contractual SLAs and client expectations
Other assigned duties/tasks to ensure business success
This Is What We're Looking For:
Must be able to analyze a situation and respond quickly in a courteous and professional manner
Must have excellent communication and professional writing skills and previous experience in a client facing role
Must have experience in an operational role
Must have in depth knowledge of our operation process
Strong communication abilities, both oral and written
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multi-task
