What you’d be doing:

  • Develop engaging training content using e-learning content platforms, ensuring materials are interactive, visually appealing, and effective in knowledge retention.
  • Design and deliver virtual training sessions using platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or other web-based tools to engage remote learners.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create job aids, interactive modules, simulations, and video-based learning experiences.
  • Maintain and update training materials to reflect changes in claims processes, industry regulations, and best practices.
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) by uploading content, tracking training completion, and generating reports on training effectiveness.
  • Support onboarding and upskilling initiatives for claims professionals by providing digital learning resources and live virtual training.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness by gathering feedback, analyzing performance data, and implementing improvements to enhance learner engagement and comprehension.
  • Stay informed on emerging trends in instructional design, virtual learning, and claims handling best practices to continuously enhance training methodologies.

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in instructional design, e-learning development, and virtual training facilitation, preferably in the insurance or claims industry.
  • Proficiency in utilizing e-learning content platforms to create professional, interactive learning experiences.
  • Strong virtual training skills, with experience delivering engaging web-based training sessions.
  • Knowledge of property claims processes, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse learners.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with learning management systems (LMS).
