The Role

The purpose of this role is to provide early, timely and personal service to workers, employers and stakeholders whilst providing an empathetic customer experience through a specialisation in complex claims. This position focuses on customer service and support to all stakeholders to provide pro-active, tailored, timely and effective management of specialised claims.

This will be a permanent, full time position based in our Adelaide office, with flexibility to work from home up to 2 days a week once fully trained.
 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Pro-actively proceed with appropriate case management to achieve the optimum outcome of early sustainable return to work for workers
  • Liaise with all internal and external stakeholders regularly to progress strategies and actions.
  • Develop strong customer relationships and provide a high level of customer service to all parties
  • Conduct health promotion activities to enhance the injured worker’s wellbeing and empower them to participate in their own treatment and recovery.
     

ABOUT YOU

  • Demonstrates strong customer service focus with exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Displays strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to assess challenges and implement effective solutions
  • Communicates clearly and effectively both in writing and verbally to build strong connections with clients and colleagues
  • Sound knowledge of medical terminology gained through work experience or studies in Allied Health is beneficial however not mandatory
