Channel Readiness Programs Manager

This role is responsible for defining and executing a coordinated plan for AVEVA offers sold through partners against a standard set of consistent capabilities and deliverables. This plan will coordinate across functional areas and include products, offers, value propositions, marketing (covering campaigns, demand generation, and partner marketing enablement), sales/technical/delivery enablement (covering distributors, solutions providers, and Systems Integrators), pricing and licensing models, partner contracts, AVEVA licensing terms and conditions, and order entry and fulfillment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Creating a well-defined Channel Readiness Program, as described above.

  • Supporting the roll out, training, and implementation of this program across BUs, Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Operations functions.

  • Creation and tracking of process measurement and feedback systems – KPIS to support the achievement and reporting of progress of the channel readiness plan.

  • Creating and coordinate deliverables across functional teams as necessary to document the program, standardized material templates, and training of relevant teams. 

  • Regular reporting and feedback on the creation, adoption, and performance of the Channel Readiness Program

  • Track results and conduct analysis to determine and recommend most effective enhancements and improvements to the program and AVEVAs channel readiness approach on an ongoing basis.

  • Work closely with the relevant AVEVA Business Unit leads and portfolio management teams, regional channel Sales, Marketing, Enablement, Sales + Commercial Operations, Training, and Support teams in the implementation and evolution of the channel readiness program.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

20% • Create, Refine and Own the Channel Readiness Program, with a focus on continuous, measurable improvement in the performance of offers through AVEVAs partners. Coordinating the program as necessary with other partner programs to ensure simple, consistent experience and expectations for AVEVA partners with respect to how they will be supported in marketing and selling AVEVA offers.

20% • Have ownership for the definition and successful execution of the day to day operations of the program – including coordination and phasing of the implementation of the program, tracking and reporting progress and challenges, etc. with the appropriate functional teams.

20% • Proactively work with product management, sales enablement, training and support, and other departments as necessary to ensure the proper focus and alignment of the program from a planning and execution perspective.

20% • Implement, continuously monitor, track and report program KPIs as well as results. Monitor adherence to the program and processes. Report program health, performance and effectiveness.

20% • Act as the SME on all systems, materials, and processes related to the program.

Up to 25% travel

EDUCATION—MINIMUM REQUIRED LEVEL:

Bachelor's Degree required

MBA a plus

EXPERIENCE—MINIMUM REQUIRED:

3 - 5 years of related experience with required education

5 - 9 years of related experience without required education

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS —REQUIRED:

High degree of proficiency in PC applications, especially all Microsoft Office Applications.

Experience with databases, Microsoft Excel and analysis tools. Ability to create and run queries, create and generate reports.

Experience working with CRM and PRM systems, Salesforce and Impartner a plus

Excellent communication skills (written, oral, and presentation).

The candidate must have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, be a team player and have the ability to succeed in cross-functional team environment.

The candidate must display a strong focus on achieving results and exceeding goals and objectives and be self-motivated and results driven.

Must be a detail-oriented with strong prioritization and decision-making skills in a tight-deadline environment

Must be flexible and able to handle changes in priorities

Sharp analytical skills and ability to process data into actionable results

LOCATION

USA – Lake Forest, Chicago, Houston

Salary Range:

$164,900.00 - $337,000.00

This pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation that the position offers, and final compensation can vary within the range depending on work location, job experience, skills, and relevant educational attainment and/or training.
