Compensation

  • Year 1 Expected Earnings → $120,000-$150,000

Title: Channel Partner ManagerAbout this Job

As a Channel Partner Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying, nurturing, and managing relationships with partners. You’ll be responsible for spearheading partner relationships, generating new partnerships, and building the foundation of the department.

Objectives of the Role

  • Increase revenue opportunities within existing partnerships
  • Seek and develop new partnership opportunities
  • Nurture and expand relationships

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  • Identify and recruit high-performing channel partners to enhance market coverage
  • Enable and support existing partners through training,  sales materials, and ongoing communication
  • Incentivize partners while managing the customer referral process
  • Manage the full partner lifecycle- from onboarding to ensuring optimal performance 
  • Help build the foundation of the department

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years in a previous sales or partnership focused role
  • Proven track record of success 
  • Highly Personable - someone who can connect with anyone and develop rapport

    • Day off Wednesday before and Friday after Thanksgiving
    • 12/24 - 1/2 Company break (Subject to be longer, but at minimum, all employees can expect this time off)

  • Dental - We cover 50% of your monthly premium cost 
  • Vision - We cover 50% of your monthly premium cost
  • Basic Term Life & AD&D insurance policy- We cover 100%

401(K)

  • Employer match 20% of total contribution on up to 5% of salary

  • Work from home on Fridays
  • 20 work from home days per year (in addition to WFH Fridays)
